This handmade pendant is made from Mowhawkite. This mineral is very rare, found only in one location in the Keewenaw Penninsula of Upper Michigan. We metal detect at the remains of this mine where it was discovered, then cut shape and polish the rock into a beautiful pendant. This piece is coated in a jewelry grade sealant, is wrapped in Sterling Silver and comes with a cord. The bail is large enough to accommodate most chains. It measures 0.75 × 2.25-inches.
